Edge AI on existing CCTV identifies safety events in real time with centralized alerting. At outbound lanes, license-plate recognition links to WMS while AI identifies pallet counts and beer SKUs for automatic cross-validation and release. The platform also integrates access control, attendance, visitor and canteen management — plus a vision-only SAM & LOTO solution replacing traditional light curtains with fully traceable lockout-tagout supervision.
